Ms. Anika Chowdhury is the daughter of Mr. Tapan Chowdhury, Managing Director of Square Pharmaceuticals PLC and Former Adviser to the Caretaker Government of Bangladesh (2007). She is the granddaughter of Late Samson H. Chowdhury, Founder Chairman of Square Group and an iconic figure in the industrial transformation of Bangladesh.

Ms. Anika completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University, New York, in 2015. She began her career with the family business, Square Group, in 2010. She currently serves as Director, Business Development and heads the SAP Project at Square Pharmaceuticals PLC. She is also a Director at Square Fashions Limited. Her extensive international exposure includes travel across Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, Canada, and the United States.

Ms. Anika is also an active member of several prestigious social and recreational clubs including Kurmitola Golf Club (KGC), Gulshan Club Ltd., Dhaka Club Ltd., and Uttara Club Ltd. Ms. Anika Chowdhury is a member of the Claims Committee of the Board of Directors of Pioneer Insurance PLC.
