In the comments section, subjective judgment must be applied to provide a mandatory assessment of the customer’s risk. To evaluate the customer's risk, a broad analysis of the customer’s profession must be conducted. For business customers, factors such as the nature of the business, amount of funds, business location, business size, the accuracy and organization of financial records, along with other relevant considerations, should be assessed to classify the customer as high-risk or low-risk. For salaried customers, a similar broad assessment is required, particularly considering the nature of the job and the level of responsibility to determine the risk. If a customer is identified as high-risk, regular monitoring must be performed.
